We’re passionate about being active in our community through fundraising and volunteering. We’ve contributed time and funds to local and national charities to do our part as a business.
Local philanthropists Randy Redwitz, CEO of GDR Group, Inc., and Rand Sperry, both with ties to The Orange Catholic Foundation and Wells of Life, had the idea to honor Kobe and Gianna’s memory by installing a life-giving water at St. Theresa Bethany Primary School in the Mityana District in Uganda.
Donors in conjunction with The Orange Catholic Foundation initiated the well drilled by Wells of Life that provides access to clean water for the poorest communities in Uganda.
This living Memorial will honor the lives of Kobe and Gianna by providing clean and safe drinking water for a community in need.

St. Vincent de Paul Society is an international, Catholic volunteer organization that serves the needy of any religious background. Founded in Paris, France, in 1833 by a compassionate college student, Frederic Ozanam, and for over 100 years, their Vincentian volunteers have served the suffering in Southern California. They help the needy become self-sufficient by providing financial and emotional support, food, clothing, furniture, appliances, housing, and connecting the disadvantaged to helpful resources in Los Angeles, Ventura, and Santa Barbara Counties.
Caritas, as a non profit, unites people with a purpose to preserve affordable communities that uplift and empower residents. With the increasing number of households on fixed or limited incomes, Caritas endeavors to create vibrant communities where resident involvement and caring are priorities.
Caritas works to provide experienced and responsive management of its properties. Residents and Caritas work together to meet ongoing needs, resolve problems and enhance the quality of life throughout communities.
It has been an honor for GDR Group to participate as a sponsor, year after year, for such an outstanding organization. Since 1979, Interval House has been providing comprehensive domestic violence services and specialized housing programs in over 70 different languages to individuals and families in Los Angeles County and Orange County.
Mission San Juan Capistrano has been home to many people over its 240 years of history. Its history consists of memories and stories of its past inhabitants and present visitors. It is a place of historical, cultural, and religious significance and a place of inspiration and education.
As a foundation for Catholics, The Orange Catholic Foundation assists families and individuals to leave a legacy uniquely aligned with their Catholic values and beliefs. The Foundation’s primary function is to raise funds through planned giving and various fundraising programs and special annual events. Our CEO, Randy Redwitz, Co-Chairs their Conference on Business & Ethics and is a longtime supporter of the Orange Catholic Foundation.
We work together with the Orange County Food Bank to serve low-income families and individuals in the fight to end hunger and malnutrition. From donating goods to volunteering time, our team is passionate about this cause.
